Spring has never been so welcome! After a year of being locked down spring arriving has been breath of fresh air. It’s been nice to get out into the yard and start some work there. Many of the early plants are ahead of schedule and some of our trees, shrubs, and perennials are also coming to life. We’ve had many, many warm days. Sitting in the sun has been delightful!
But, in true New England fashion, our springs can still bring plenty of coolness and snow. We were spared any snow accumulation in the winter storm yesterday, but there will be plenty of overcast, cold, and snowy mix days ahead. After all we aren’t zoned for tender planting until the Memorial Day weekend in May!
