I recommend that everyone pursue some kind of art or craft. The art or craft form you choose can take many shapes and pull from many sources or disciplines, but the most important thing is that it should make you happy and be a mode of expression that you feel comfortable with, and that you feel passionate about. Any kind of art can help center you, help you deal with things you don’t want to, and get you to think outside of your box.
You don’t need any talent or training to start; you build that on the way. It’s a journey and you are the explorer. You may never become a fine artist or skilled artisan, but that really isn’t the point is it? Well, it’s not in my book.
My work has been shown in two galleries. I’m very happy that my art was in Representative Carol Shea Porter’s office during one of her terms. My work has also been a part of several public space art projects.
My art is priced between $30 for original monoprints. watercolors, and drawings (about page size) to about $475 for larger paintings(around 36″-48″). Some of the items you see on the site may not be available for sale. Custom orders or specialty items may be priced higher.
The following are some of my favorite pieces that I wanted to share with you. To see a larger representation of my work visit each sub tab under art.
These items may be purchased at shows or when I have them in shops. These items may be picked up or I may deliver them if you are close enough. Monoprints. watercolors, and drawings can be shipped; most large scale paintings are not cost effective to ship. Shipping any item would incur additional charges.
