Almost #Summer 2024 #FarmingtonNH #Garden #Photos

Azelea blooms up close, in focus, bright red burgundy color.

The garden this year is so thick and lush! The blooms are more plentiful and lasting longer right now. It has been amazing! It has also been a year where my planting style, which is quite close together, has yielded the best result when it comes to keeping out weeds without me having to do a thing. THAT, has been life changing. With all the rain the rain barrels are staying full and i have not had to use and town water for the established plants. The few food plants and some of the baskets I have used the town water. Today is very, very hot and we are expected to have a few more days of that, not my favorite thing, but I’m sure the plants that love the sun and heat will be very happy about it. Next garden update will be in a couple of months. Enjoy the photos!
