Ha ha! – Sweet. When I used to put up the family Xmas tree (really big ones, which I had to shorten otherwise they wouldn't fit under the ceiling) every year one of our pussies, so entranced by the balls, tinsel, ornaments and twinkling lights, would inevitably bring the whole thing crashing down. But I don't recall ever punishing or even blaming them, the little devils.

Ray, we used to have a cat named Raz who did similar things. She lived to be 15 and we still miss her though she has been gone five years. When she was younger she used to tip the tree each year. After a few years though it became old hat to her and she left it alone for the most part.
